This is the latest iteration of BMW's popular 5-series, the German brand's mid-size luxury sports sedan. For 2022 it receives some styling updates to keep it looking fresh.

Two gasoline engines are offered on the refreshed 5-series in the Philippine market, a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-4 mill which puts out 184hp and 290Nm of torque (520i), and a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-4 powerplant which produces 252hp and 350Nm of torque (530i). Power is sent to the rear wheels on both variants through an eight-speed Steptronic transmission.
