Overview
The profile of the 7-series is pure BMW, with its trademark cab-rearward styling that features a long hood and short deck this time with a slightly more formal roofline. For 2023 the big Bimmer gets the latest evolution of BMW's design language. Up front it gets a massive Kidney grill flanked by sharper split headlights. Moving on to the sides, it features smooth sides with flush door handles. At the rear it gets slim horizontal taillights, and the license plate recess is has been moved to the rear bumper. The driver and passengers are treated to a clean elegantly styled interior which features premium upholstery and wood trim pieces. Inside, the digital instrument cluster and central infotainment system are combined in one long floating tablet-style panel.
The lone internal combustion engine choice for the new 7-series is the 3.0-liter TwinPower turbocharged inline-6 which puts out 286hp and 425Nm of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through an eight-speed Steptronic Sport automatic transmission.
