This is the all-new Chevrolet Corvette C8 (eight gen). Unlike its front-engine predecessors, the new Vette has a mid-engine layout. While the sharp creases, pointed shark-nose, and the dual-element taillights are still there, the C8 now sports a silhouette that is more associated with European exotic cars and race cars. Local units are available with a Z51 Performance Package that includes upgraded brakes, suspension, exhausts, and adds an Electronic Limited Slip Differential. Philippine-spec C8s come standard with a "Front Lift with Memory", this can raise the front by 40mm to clear humps or steep driveways.

The heart of the C8 Stingray is a naturally aspirated 6.2-liter LT2 V8 mill which puts out 474hp and 613Nm of torque. This powerplant is mated to an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission. It can accelerate from 0 to 100km/h in only 3.55 seconds.
