Mazda injected its zoom-zoom spirit into the traditional rugged pickup truck, the result is the stylish all-new BT-50, a sporty truck with a go-anywhere attitude. For 2022, it finally receives Mazda's latest iteration of its "Kodo Design" design language, this includes a larger grille flanked by slim LED headlights. The body side styling is now much cleaner than the model it replaces. The rear adopts a more conventional pickup design with vertical taillights. Inside it features a more modern, more premium looking dashboard with an integrated infotainment screen.

Under the hood is a new 3.0-liter diesel mill which pumps out a healthy 197hp and 450Nm of torque. This powerplant is paired to either a 6-speed manual transmission or a 6-speed automatic transmission. The all-new BT-50 is available as a 4x2 or a 4x4.

Pangolin Edition II
Joining the new gen BT-50 lineup is the 3.0 4x4 A/T-based Pangolin Edition II variant which features a host of extra goodies that include overfenders, 18" Rota alloy wheels, body colored stepboards, a Fashion Bar, a revolving bed cover, and standard tailgate assist. 

Black Edition
Based on the 3.0 4x2 A/T variant, the Black Edition features a gloss black signature Wing Grille, 17-inch gloss black alloy wheels, tailgate assist, “Black Edition” black leather seats w/ gray contrast stitching, and a black leather-wrapped steering wheel.
