The MG 5 returns, this time as a 4-door sedan. Styling is contemporary with flowing lines and curvy fender lines and hips. Its interior is modern and European influenced with a horizontal layout. The 3-spoke steering wheel gives the cockpit a sporty touch. 

While it's marketed as MG's entry into the subcompact segment, its 4601mm length, 1818mm width, and 2680mm wheelbase make it compact sized.

All MG 5 variants are powered by a 1.5-liter inline-4 gasoline mill which produces 112hp and 150Nm of torque. This motor can be paired to either a 5-speed manual transmission or a continuously variable transmission.
