The MG 6 is the carmaker's entry into the compact sedan segment. It features modern sporty premium car styling with flowing curvy lines and a bold upright grille. Although its sleek semi-fastback profile might make one think this is a traditional sedan, it actually has a huge rear hatch (5th door). Inside it has a driver-oriented cockpit with a flat-bottomed steering wheel and a dashboard with a traditional sports sedan layout. An infotainment system with an 8-inch touch screen comes as standard.

Under its hood of the MG 6 is a 1.5-liter turbocharged gasoline engine, it produces 164hp and 250Nm of torque. This motor is mated to a 7-speed TST dual-clutch transmission.

In the safety department, it comes standard with dual front and side airbags, ISOFIX child seat anchors, ABS, Electronic Stability Control, Traction Control, and Hill-hold Control. The high trim variant adds curtain airbags to the list.
